i) GentleFit on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11:45 a.m.

ii) Yoga on Monday at 5:15 p.m. and Thursday at 3:00 p.m.

iii) Scottish Country Dancing for children Saturday mornings at 10:30 a.m.

 

Note: Our mid-week groups operate on the basis that when schools are closed for holiday time or inclement weather, there will be no groups held at the church that evening.
